tips/habits for fostering academic success

  • Check schoolloop daily to make sure you know what is coming up!
  • Email/Ask your teacher questions when you don't understand something
  • Get at least 9 hours of sleep each night
  • Eat breakfast and lunch and drink plenty of water
  • Designate daily homework time (not too late at night).
  • Put cell phone in "do not disturb mode" while doing homework and going to sleep.  
  • Study a couple of nights before a test.
