Registration 2022-2023
Use registration information based on the student's future grade level for the 2022-2023 school year.
1. Create Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal if not done so already.

2. Course Request Form
Each student must complete Google Form (not required for incoming 6th graders). This form will be emailed to your student’s school gmail account. This can only be submitted once. For questions regarding Kennedy course requests for 9th grade, contact the Kennedy counselors.
3. Immunizations

- 7th Grade - submit Tdap (Pertussis/Whooping Cough) booster and second Varicella (Chicken Pox)
- Other Grades – if your student is missing any required immunizations the school nurse will contact you to request this documentation
- COVID - not a required vaccine at this time, but you may submit documentation if available
Note: Proof of Residency will not be collected until August 2022 during Maze process.
7TH GRADE:
All students entering the 7th grade must receive a Tdap (Pertussis/ Whooping Cough) booster and second Varicella (Chicken pox) and all other immunizations before entering school in August 2022.
Until all required immunizations are complete per state law, students will NOT be allowed to:

Receive a schedule for their 7th grade classes

Attend school in-person or distance learning

Participate in school sponsored activities
Proof of the vaccine must include: Student’s name, date of birth, vaccine name, date vaccine administered and name of the clinic, office, or doctor administering the vaccine.

ALL OTHER GRADES:
All students entering the 2022/2023 school year must be up to date with state required immunizations before entering school in August 2022. You should have been contacted by the nurse if you are missing any.
Until all required immunizations are complete per state law, students will NOT be allowed to:
